As a proud wife, mother, daughter, and business owner, Dana Haller is a CJO (Chief Juggle Officer) and understands firsthand the complex, often invisible labor women carry every day.
In 2024, Dana Haller made the bold decision to walk away from a 20+ year career in media to pursue a calling she could no longer ignore: turning her creative ideas into businesses that support busy people — especially women — as they navigate the daily challenge of juggling work, family, caregiving, and the constant complexities of modern life. It’s what inspired her to launch Ladher Holdings — a company with one clear mission: to create businesses, capabilities, and communities that help women pursue their personal and professional ambitions at the same time and on their own terms, without having to choose one over the other.
We now live in what she calls the Juggle Economy™ — an era defined by constant demands, shrinking time, mounting financial pressures, and the mental load placed on caregivers, particularly women. Through Ladher Holdings, she’s working to build a more supportive ecosystem for women navigating this reality. Before founding Ladher Holdings, Dana spent more than two decades working in the corporate world at the intersection of strategy, production, and consumer engagement. Over the course of her career, she launched new revenue streams, built cross-functional partnerships, and created experiences that brought audiences together around powerful ideas — with purpose and creativity at the center.
Today, as a founder, mother, and advocate, Dana is building a future for people navigating the juggle — rooted in real-life experience and smart, purpose-driven solutions. She believes no one should have to choose between ambition and the demands of everyday life, or between career and personal fulfillment.
